Dawn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the procedures involved with purchasing a home. As new home buyers it was a relief to have someone that knowledgeable on our corner.
While touring the different homes she was open and honest about different aspects and didn't try to sell us something just to sell it, she was ultimately concerned that we found the right property for us and that we loved it before suggesting to move forward.
Through each aspect she was easy to reach and responded quickly even after business hours to any question or concern that we had. If/when we ever decide to move in the future, there is no one else that we will go to but Dawn.

Felt she was right on with our house valuation. Understood the positives and the negatives of our house and valued it appropriately and presented her case accordingly without degrading or over devaluing home and she did it politely and with respect. She did that very well.

Definitely has a handle on, or able to measure the pulse of the home selling/buying market and has a phenomenal expertise of it! Valued her professional input and answers to our questions in a timely manner as well as offering us options along the way from day one introduction. She told us what we needed to do and what not to worry about.................literally a load off our minds not to worry about extraneous things regarding the sale of our house.
If Dawn was out of town, we were notified as such in a timely manner. Dawn also let us know if she would be unavailable.
